Our Gin Academy is one of our most popular experiences and frequently sells out months in advance. To ensure fairness and consistency, Gin Academy dates are released on a rolling schedule, posted approximately three months at a time. What to expect: • At least three Gin Academy sessions are offered each month • New dates are added every three months 2026 dates will continue to be released on this cadence Planned release timing for 2026: • April – June 2026 → added by end of January 2026 • July – September 2026 → added by end of April 2026 • October – December 2026 → added by end of July 2026 We recommend checking back periodically or joining our email list for updates as new dates are released.
