Chefs David Yoshimura of Nisei and Deirdre Balao Reiutort-Louis of Aphotic — both Michelin-starred restaurants — are joined by Bay Area icon, Chef Anthony Strong, who opened the long-anticipated Pasta Supply Co. earlier this year. This amazing night is rounded out with one of the most talented Michelin-starred chefs in San Francisco, Nicolas Delaroque of Maison Nico, who creates exceptional pastries with a truly Parisian perspective.
Joining the chefs for the evening is Sommelier Au Chung, former Captain and Sommelier at Manresa, Benu, and Atelier Crenn, and Sommelier Melissa Smith who spent 15 years cooking in notable kitchens such as The French Laundry before founding Enotrias Sommelier Services. Elmer Mejicanos, known in the industry as “the busiest bartender in the business,” joins the team this evening with his signature low-alcohol cocktails, and Sommelier and Beverage Director Seth Corr of Greens Restaurant brings his talents to our no-alcohol pairings for the evening.
