Chef Francis Ang returns to 12 Nights from his restaurant Abacá (named one of The New York Times’ 25 Best Restaurants in San Francisco), which showcases the beauty and vibrancy of Filipino culture. He is joined by two inimitable San Francisco culinary icons, Chef Sarah Rich of Rich Table, and long-time Dandelion friend and extraordinary chef, Elizabeth Falkner. Completing the evening is our very own Director of Curriculum, Pastry Chef extraordinaire Stephen Durfee, who leads our chocolate education programs with a style all his own.
This culinary team is paired with two incredible sommeliers for the evening, Cara Patricia, co-founder of DECANTsf, which exists to empower drinkers to ignore trends and follow their taste buds; and Suhayl Ramirez of Napa winery Trois Noix, which creates outstanding wines that turn strangers into friends and make community feel like family. Sommelier and Beverage Director Seth Corr of Greens Restaurant brings his talents to our no-alcohol pairings for the evening.
