Join us for an evening with acclaimed author and pastry chef David Lebovitz as we explore how the world of chocolate has evolved over time. Together with Dandelion Chocolate’s Curriculum Director, Stephen Durfee, we’ll revisit The Great Book of Chocolate and discuss how sourcing, production, and flavor have shifted in recent years. The evening includes a live Q&A, book signing, a tasting of single-origin dark chocolate, and concludes with a recipe from the book.
