Join us Friday February 21st for a special evening! Lauren from The Corner Counter, a cheese shop in Red Hook, along with our sake expert, will take you on an interactive journey of sake & cheese! Each type of our sake will be paired with an exceptional cheese and we'll go through a guided tasting and discuss basic pairing principles.
