The Tour and Tasting includes:
- A 35 minute tour of our state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our sake experts
- An hour long tasting of Dassai Blue
- Add-on food options include freshly prepared sushi, a cheese & meat plate from the Corner Counter or small bites from the Culinary Institute of America*
