A behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery inside the production area. Learn about sake making directly in the rooms our sake is crafted in!
The Tour and Tasting includes:
- A 45 minute to 1 hour tour inside our production area, led by one of our brewers
- An hour long tasting of Dassai Blue which includes 3 types of sake
- Add-on food options include either freshly prepared sushi or a cheese & meat plate from the Corner Counter*
*Please let us know about any dietary restrictions in advance and we can try and accommodate.
The sushi option cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions.
Food is subject to availability
These tours have a maximum of 6 ppl per tour. To ensure the cleanliness of our brewery, our guests will be required to put on a hair net, brewery safe shoes and an outer layer.
Children must be older than 10 years old to go into our production area.
All children must be accompanied by an adult while they are in the brewery.
