Join us at the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery and learn how to make sushi with an experienced sushi chef! This will be a 2-hour class. Plus, you can sign up for the behind-the-scenes Production Tour at 11 and then take the class after.
Workshop includes the following:
- Lunch & complimentary glass of Dassai Blue Type 50
- Lecture (covering how to make rolls, the history of sushi & sushi basics)
- Instruction on how to make rolls (which can be brought home)
- All the ingredients and equipment are included in the class fee
