Join us at the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery and learn how to make sushi with an experienced sushi chef!
Workshop includes the following:
- Rolls to eat during the class & a complimentary glass of Dassai Blue Type 50 or a non-alcohol drink
- Lecture (covering how to make rolls, the history of sushi & sushi basics)
- All the ingredients and equipment are included in the class fee
This class is the first level of our Sushi Mastery Program. We offer three classes to complete the certification. The next class is the Advanced Class.
