Hosted by DASSAI at Crane Club, this one-day cocktail-style celebration will bring together sake, steak, sushi, and the DASSAI community for a unique experience that can only be created by DASSAI.

One of the highlights of the afternoon will be a special DASSAI × Steak experience, featuring premium cuts and dishes from Crane Club paired with DASSAI and DASSAI BLUE.
Discover how the delicate aroma, umami, and elegant character of sake complement the richness of steak and other meat dishes through a variety of pairings throughout the event.
TUNA Sushi by Michelin Star Chef Tasuku Murakami
Chef Murakami, Chief Culinary Officer to Chairman, DASSAI BLUE Sake Brewery will also present a special tuna sushi station, preparing sushi for guests to enjoy alongside DASSAI.

Special Guests from Japan
For this special anniversary, we are honored to welcome DASSAI Chairman Hiroshi Sakurai and CEO, President Kazuhiro Sakurai from Japan.
They will also address guests during the celebration and share a few words about DASSAI BLUE and its journey in New York.
