The DC Supper Club
DC Urban Oasis presents an evening with Chef Justin Fang. It began at his grandparents' table, where the flavors of Shanghai, Sichuan, and Fujian were shared with love at every family gathering. Those early experiences planted something that has followed him into every kitchen since. This evening, Chef Justin honors that foundation through Chinese cuisine rooted in Shanghai, Sichuan, and Fujian traditions.
