Josh Hockman will conduct a comparative class showcasing sparkling wines from France, Italy, Spain, and America. Josh will discuss a brief history of each growing region, the different grapes grown, methods used for winemaking, and the flavor profiles of each sparkling wine. Cheers! Cheese, charcuterie, and housemade snacks will be served. This is a 21 and older class.
