During this 90-minute experience, we will pair four of our craft chocolates with two vermouths and two amaro, exploring the unique aspects of each component and how they come together. You will leave with a deeper appreciation for craft chocolate, vermouth, and amaro, and tools to make the most of your apero and after dinner hours.
Our passionate founder and chocolate maker - Antoine Lavoie - will be joined by Galen Kjargaard, an amaro and vermouth expert, and owner of Sip Liquor Market here on 124 Street.
