Zero proof does not mean zero flavour. We have teamed up with Spilt Zero Proof, Edmonton's dedicated zero proof bar, to explore how thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic drinks can bring out new sides of our single origin chocolate.
We will explore five pairings during this 90-minute event. JoAnne Pearce, co-founder and creative director of Spilt Zero Proof and author of the Mock-Ups Mocktails recipe books, brings her love of seasonal ingredients, botanicals and fermentation to each drink, while we share insights on our chocolate, including how it is made.
