Austin Hope has spent his career convincing the wine world to take Paso Robles seriously, and one evening with his family's wines shows why. If you've shopped for wine with us, you already know the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. It's the bottle our guests ask for by name, and now it gets a whole evening built around it. Join us as five standout pours from Hope Family Wines meet five courses from Chef Forster's kitchen. Whether you can explain Cabernet Franc in your sleep or you're simply curious what Central Coast sunshine tastes like, this table has room for you.
Every course comes with its own pour. The night opens with the 2022 Treana Sauvignon Blanc, bright with tropical guava and lemongrass, followed by the Austin Chardonnay and the Quest Cabernet Franc. Then the guest of honor takes the stage: the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon, twice named to Wine Enthusiast's Enthusiast 100. Dessert arrives with the 2021 Treana Red, the very first wine Austin made, back in 1996.
Scott Updegraff, Midwest Market Manager for Hope Family Wines, will guide you through every course. He knows these wines and the stories behind them, from the family's first vineyards to the bottle in your glass. Bring your questions.
We keep our wine dinners small, and Austin Hope fans move fast. Book your place now, and we'll have a glass waiting.
