Dillon's Small Batch Distillers
We are a grain-to-glass craft distillery in the heart of Niagara wine country crafting unique spirits using local and seasonal ingredients. Our collection of spirits includes vodkas, gins, rye whisky, absinthe, liqueur-style gins, peach & plum schnapps, prepared bottled cocktails and a line of cocktail bitters.
Tasting appointments for weekday visits are encouraged. We do not take tasting reservations on weekends.
