Nestled in the heart of Hayes Valley, Dingles is a modern British gastropub where timeless pub charm meets classic white table cloth The menu, led by Michelin-trained chef George, highlights classic British fare with seasonal California ingredients: Sunday roasts, savory pies, and shareable plates crafted with care. The bar and wine list are curated by Anissa Dingle, including nods to London’s gin tradition, classic cocktails and carefully poured pints.

We look forward to welcoming you, some notes about specials. Beef Wellington, is only available on Wednesdays and is limited in quantity. We suggest coming early. Sunday Roast is served during all operating hours on Sunday. With the additions of the roast on Sundays, our regular entrees like the burger, beef pie etc, will not be available.
