A wine & ice cream pairing with Salt & Straw
Dinner for dessert, and a glass to go with it. Salt & Straw is back at Doghobble Wine Farm with a Thanksgiving menu inspired by favorite dishes from the holiday table. Each flavor is turned into an ice cream you won’t believe until you taste it.
Every scoop is paired with a Doghobble wine chosen to bring out the best in both. Settle into the Trellis Tasting Room for a relaxed Sunday afternoon of five courses, five pours, and good company, just before the holiday rush.
This year’s flavors and wine pairings will be announced soon. For a taste of what to expect, last year’s Salt & Straw Thanksgiving lineup included Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream, Turkey Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce, Maple Koginut Squash with Pomegranate, Cranberry Orange Sorbet, and Pumpkin Pie Tiramisu.
