Dinner for dessert, and a glass to go with it. Salt & Straw is coming to Doghobble Dillard with a Thanksgiving menu inspired by favorite dishes from the holiday table. Each dish becomes an ice cream you won’t believe until you taste it.
Every scoop is paired with a Doghobble wine chosen to bring out the best in both. Join us at our tasting room at Dillard House for a relaxed Sunday afternoon of five courses, five pours, and good company, just before the holiday rush.
This year’s menu features Salt & Straw’s 2026 Thanksgiving Series: Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream, Turkey and Bacon Caramel, Maple Koginut Squash with Pomegranate, a dairy-free Cranberry Shortbread Tart, and Pumpkin Pie with Almond Croissant Streusel. Doghobble wine pairings will be announced soon.
