PERFOMANCE SCHEDULE:
11am kick off by DJ Umami
Samba performances: 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm
Samba class: 2pm - 2.30pm
CHEF'S SUMMER BBQ PLATE (available for purchase):
Entrees (choice of 2):
Whole roasted pig tacos and sliders, chicken wings, drumsticks, thighs, spareribs/back ribs, skirt steak, Picanha or vegetable skewers
Sides:
Roasted corn (elote), coleslaw, potato salad, farofa or caesar salad
