Complementing Winemaking Director, Pauline Lhote’s meticulous selection of limited release sparkling, cellar and still wines are Chef Peter Cham’s artfully designed, seasonal dishes that highlight and elevate the distinct character of each pour.
Join us for a relaxed yet refined odyssey starting with a welcome aperitif at 6PM, followed by dinner at 6:30PM.
