Join us on September 17, 2026 for an intimate, members-only Winemaker Technical Tasting led by our Winemaker, Dave Petterson.
This will be a deeper dive into how Dave thinks about wine, from the building blocks that shape what we taste to the decisions that influence a wine in the cellar and in the glass.
Dave will lead guests through a selection of wines, tasting exercises, and conversation around the technical side of winemaking. The format will be relaxed and interactive, with plenty of room for questions and for the discussion to go wherever the wines take it.
