For this Culinary Cut of Coppola Movie Night, join us for an intimate screening of Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula, accompanied by a six-course menu served in sync with the film.
Rich, dramatic and just a little macabre, the menu takes its cues from the world on screen, with crimson ingredients, darker flavors and unexpected pairings woven throughout the evening. As the story unfolds, so does the dinner, with each course timed to specific moments in the film for an immersive experience created specifically for Dracula.
Coppola’s 1992 adaptation of Bram Stoker’s gothic classic is known for its striking practical effects, elaborate costumes, saturated color and theatrical style. It’s exactly the kind of film that calls for something more than popcorn.
