Join us for the second edition of our Italian Supper Club, our new monthly supper series inspired by the heart of Italian hospitality—where food, wine, and music come together around the table. Hosted in our Dundee Hills estate's beautiful, intimate setting, this culinary evening brings the essence of slow Italian dinners to the Willamette Valley.
Our April gathering features Tirrena Pasta—crafted in Tuscany by the Frescobaldi Family. Each course is served family-style, with vibrant spring ingredients and beautiful wines. It’s a celebration of seasonal bounty and the simple joy of gathering.
Menu:
Antipasti : Focaccia - Mushroom, Potato & Pesto
Primi : Fritto Misto - Anchovies & Asparagus w/ Lemon Aoili
Secondo : Genoa basil pesto with hazelnuts or beef ragù pasta
Dolci : Artisan cheeses with local honey & fruit

$75 per guest | $60 for wine club members
Includes live music by Brent Follis, dinner, and your choice of Rosé, Chardonnay, or Pinot Noir carafe.
