Join us for the July edition of our Italian Supper Club, our monthly series inspired by the heart of Italian hospitality, where food, wine, and friends come together around the table. Hosted in our Dundee Hills estate, this evening brings the essence of slow Italian dinners to the Willamette Valley.
For our July gathering, we’re thrilled to partner with Sebastiano’s, Portland’s beloved Sicilian bakery and sandwich shop led by chef-owners Elise and Dan Gold. Known for their rich culinary heritage and dedication to regional Italian flavors, Sebastiano’s brings soulful, seasonal cooking rooted in Sicilian tradition.
This special dinner also features Tirrena Pasta, crafted in Tuscany by the Frescobaldi family. Each course is served family-style, highlighting vibrant summer ingredients and Domaine Roy & fils wines. It’s a celebration of seasonal bounty and the simple joy of gathering.

Antipasti | Caponata with Fried Focaccia Crisps – a sweet and tangy Sicilian eggplant relish with tomatoes, olives, and capers
Primi | Sun-Dried Tomato and Ricotta Arancini in Pomodoro
Secondi | Pasta alla Trapanese with Tirrena Pasta – a summery Sicilian pesto made with almonds, tomatoes, garlic, and basil
Dolci | Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Oregon Berries
