Join us for a special Summer Italian Supper Club at Domaine Roy & Fils on Friday, June 20 at 6 PM, featuring our friends and neighbors at Merenda Italian Deli.
Inspired by the warmth and conviviality of an Italian summer table, this family-style evening will bring together seasonal ingredients, thoughtful wine pairings, and the simple pleasure of gathering over a shared meal in the Dundee Hills.
The evening begins with housemade focaccia and a vibrant antipasti course of arugula, fennel, grilled peaches, crushed pistachio, pecorino, and citrus vinaigrette. For the main course, Merenda will prepare their Ragù Marchigiano — a rich and comforting combination of pork, beef, tomato, soffritto, thyme, and parmigiano served with mezzo maniche pasta. To finish, enjoy Oregon strawberries with vanilla cream, cardamom, and lavender powder.
