Join us for TWO BITES SUPPER CLUB, New Orleans' premier "high end/low key" dining series in a secret location revealed only to those who reserve. Our menus are inspired by Chef Adam Mayer's culinary journey through some of the world and New Orleans' great kitchens as well as the agricultural bounty of the Gulf South. We feature the best products of the season, put together in a original and creative ways utilizing all the experience we have garnered in our travels and work around the world. Menus are not announced in advance, but feature 4 courses of creative cuisine, plus a surprise or two! We can accomodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice - please make a note on your reservation, or inquire with adam@twobitesnola.com to check in with us before you reserve.
At Two Bites Supper Club we use our business model to further a more just and equitable society. $15 from each ticket sold for this month's dinners will be going to ACLU of Lousisiana, in conjunction with Chefs For Justice. The ACLU of Louisiana works tirelessly to defend the rights of citizens and all people in Louisiana, and stands strong in opposition to the government overreach and terror regime of ICE. We are proud to join with Chefs For Justice in this month-long effort to raise money to support their good work.
