Second Course: “Steerage Supper” Irish Soda Bread & Soup
Mini loaves of traditional soda bread, served with a hearty beef & barley soup — a humble, flavorful tribute to the steerage passengers.
Third Course: “Iceberg Ahead” Poached Salmon
