Rum, don't walk, to this one! John us for a very special National Rum Day edition of our popular Libation Bible School cocktail & spirits classes.
Often one of the most misunderstood and misapplied spirits in the cocktail sphere, r(h)um deserves due credit for its versatility & complexity. You will learn about the history, distillation & process across multiple rum producing countries, unsung heroes in the category and cocktail applications. You'll be encouraged to think outside the tropical box as we taste through this very special category -- though fear not! If your idea of rum involves toes in the sand, we'll have some beachside vibes, too!
Our rum session will include a guided tasting of at least 6 exceptional cocktail and sipping r(h)ums plus a mini rum cocktail flight. Every guest will also enjoy a new selection of light snacks designed to amplify the flavors and textures of the rums being served.
Space is limited for both sessions to maximize convivial conversation. 21+ only!
