We mean business when it comes to fizz-ness! Our annual holiday Champagne and sparkling wine class is DrinkWell fan-favorite experience and one of our favorite Libation Bible School classes each year.
Held only in December, 'Celebration Libations' is the perfect primer for the holiday season where you will learn about all things sparkling wine. We cover production, tasting notes, how to shop for Champagne & Sparkling Wines (when and where to save vs. splurge), hosting and serving tips, and how to incorporate bubbles into your favorite celebratory punches and cocktails.
Tickets are $85 per person (which already includes tax & gratuity). Your reservation includes:
-Welcome Champagne cocktail
-An expert-led tasting of 6 sparkling wines from all corners of the world - including at least 3 true Champagnes
-Light bites and patisseries designed to pair with your bubbles
-Interactive Champagne sabering demonstration that one or two lucky attendees will get to participate in
