Join us on Saturday, November 13th, 20th, or 27th for a Durant-style happy hour featuring freshly shucked Pacific Oysters, drizzled with an olio nuovo mignonette, and served with our brand new Durant Vineyards release of 2018 Brut Sparkling Wine!
Local foraging and culinary authorities, the Wilderness Hunters, will be shucking this Pacific Northwest delicacy under the glow of roaring fire pits and the gentle hum of the Durant Olive Mill*.
Each ticket includes three freshly harvested Pacific Oysters topped with an olio nuovo mignonette and a glass of Durant Vineyards 2018 Brut. Additional oysters, sparkling wine, and olio nuovo will be available for purchase.
*Our milling schedule is based on the arrival or harvest of fresh olives and cannot be predicted. Active milling cannot be guaranteed, but it is a special surprise if it is happening!
