Local foraging and culinary authorities, the Wilderness Hunters, will be shucking this Pacific Northwest treat in our cozy event space above the gentle hum of the Durant Olive Mill*. Each ticket includes four freshly harvested Pacific Oysters topped with an Olio Nuovo mignonette and a glass of Durant Vineyards 2019 Brut.
Additional oysters, sparkling wine, and Olio Nuovo will be available for purchase.*Our milling schedule is based on the arrival or harvest of fresh olives and cannot be predicted. Active milling cannot be guaranteed, but it is a special surprise if it is happening!
