The Harvest Dinner celebrates the most exhilarating and demanding moment of the winemaking year. This is when decisions become action and the vintage is finally defined. The evening begins with owner and winemaker Todd Henkle sharing harvest stories from the vineyard and cellar—what was picked, when, and why—along with insights into fermentation, early impressions, and challenges of the season. The night continues with a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner paired with Lost Creek wines, marking the culmination of the growing season and the transformation from fruit to wine.
