Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa's Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu:
* Fish Ceviche - citrus-infused white fish with red onion and spices
* Aji de Gallina served with Rice - Peruvian dish made with aji peppers, chicken and a cream sauce
* Beef Anticuchos - marinated beef skewers served with potatoes
* Dessert of Suspiro Limeno - vanilla custard topped with port-infused meringue
Doors open at 6:45PM
It's our Frequent Flyer Program, RSVP & Earn Miles - Travel around the world with us and earn miles. Each series you attend, you will gain "mile points". At the end of our series, we will award multiple prizes to those who traveled the most with us. Calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Lima, Peru - you will earn 3,500 miles!!!
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged prior to day of the event. If you want to sit with another group, please include the other guests name in your reservation notes or email jennifer@effinghammanor.com
Dietary Needs: Unfortunately, not all dietary needs can be accommodated. Due to the region we are focusing on, gluten free and vegetarian alternatives cannot accommodated at this months dinner. Please inquire more information by emailing jennifer@effinghammanor.com before purchasing tickets.
