Join us as we toast in the New Year with Sparkling Wines around the world! We are excited to end the year with a special Effingham Wine University Class hosted by your favorite professor, Frank Reilly.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore sparkling wines from all over the world, think Spanish, Italian, French, German and American! We will discuss the regional sparkling varieties, methods of production, and grape varietals - just to name a few. You will leave knowing more about sparkling wine than you would've ever thought. PLUS, you'll get to taste the wines along the way.
Guests will also enjoy a specially tailored, small bite, New Years Eve menu to pair with wines including caviar, smoked salmon, chocolate dipped strawberries, and more.
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged prior to day of the event. If you want to sit with another group, please email the other guests names and send to jennifer@effinghammanor.com . Due to the size of this event, guests will be seated with other parties. High top barrel seating will be used, if for any reason you prefer a low up table, please email us to let us know no later than December 27th.
Dietary Needs: Unfortunately, dietary needs can not be accommodated. Due to the regions we are focusing on, gluten free and vegetarian alternatives cannot be accommodated. If you had any questions or concerns, please email jennifer@effinghammanor.com before purchasing tickets.
