It's our next International Chef's Table Series. Join us on Friday, May 9th as we explore the foods of Spain!
Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Spanish-themed menu paired with Effingham wines. Dinner will be catered by local favorites, Pampa's Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu -
First course: Ham croquets served with filete sauce (croquetas de jamon con salsa fileto)
Second course: Tumaca bread with shrimp scampi (Pan Tumaca con gambas al ajillo)
Third course: Spanish potato salad with tuna (ensaladilla rusa con atun)
Dessert: Spanish creme brulee (Creama catalana)
Doors open at 6:30PM
RSVP & Earn Miles! It's our Frequent Flyer Program. Travel around the world with us and earn miles. For each series you attend, you will gain "mile points". At the end of our series, we will award multiple prizes to those who traveled the most with us. Calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Madrid, Spain - you will earn 3,815 miles!!!
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged before the day of the event. If you want to sit with another group and are making separate reservations, please email all guests' names to jennifer@effinghammanor.com
