It's our favorite series here at Effingham Manor, our International Chef's Table is back! Each month, we select a country or region to focus on and enjoy a 4-course dinner, each course paired with Effingham wines. Great for wine-o's and foodies alike, these dinners are educational, fun, and make you think "outside the box".
Join us on Friday, March 13th, to kick off the 2026 season to celebrate IRELAND!
Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Irish-themed Menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by local favorites, Pampa's Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu -
Rustic Irish soda bread topped with whipped Kerry Gold Butter and Dubliner cheese flakes finished with micro greens.
Sausage Rolls with Whole Grain Mustard - Flaky, golden pastry wrapped around savory seasoned sausage.
Traditional Irish Lamb Stew- Slow-simmered lamb with potatoes, carrots, onions, and fresh thyme
Dessert of Warm Apple & Blackberry Crumble - Baked orchard fruit topped with a golden oat crumble, served with fresh cream.
Doors open at 6:30PM
Our Frequent Flyer Program is back!! RSVP & Earn Miles - Travel around the world with us and earn miles. For each series you attend, you will gain "mile points". At the end of our series, we will award prizes to those who traveled the most with us. Calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Dublin, Ireland - you will earn 3,413 miles!!!
