It's time for another International Chef's Table! Each month, we select a country or region to focus on and enjoy a 4-course dinner, each course paired with Effingham wines. Great for wine-o's and foodies alike, these dinners are educational and fun, and make you think "outside the box".

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Peruvian-themed Menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by local favorites, Pampa's Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu -
Causa de Camarones - chilled layers of ají amarillo–infused potato, succulent shrimp, creamy avocado, and bright citrus. Light, refreshing, and elegantly presented.
Pollo a la Olla - Golden-seared chicken slowly braised in a fragrant broth infused with garlic, onions, and herbs. Served with Peruvian rice cooked with sweet corn, butter, and herbs.
Lomo Saltado - tender strips of beef quickly stir-fried over high heat with red onions, tomatoes, ají amarillo, soy sauce, and a splash of vinegar. Served with crispy potatoes and steamed white rice.
Dessert of Suspiro Limeño - Peru's iconic dessert featuring a silky dulce de leche custard topped with a cloud of port wine–infused Italian meringue.

It's our Frequent Flyer Program, RSVP & Earn Miles - Travel worldwide with us and earn miles. For each series you attend, you will gain "mile points". At the end of our series, we will award prizes to those who traveled the most with us. Calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Lima, Peru - you will earn 3,500 miles!!!
