It is with great honor to announce a South American Wine dinner for the ages with one of our favorite wine producers in all of South America. The team behind PerSe Wines, Father and son, Edy & Santiago del Popolo and partner David Bonomi. The trio makes some of the most pure expressions of the Uco Valley we have found in our 10 years at El Che.
We will be exploring the 2022 and 2023 vintages across the 4 Malbecs the produce, 2 of which can only be found at El Che Steakhouse & Bar. While they may not be the largest producers with a maximum production not exceeding 15,000 bottles, they craft some of the most genuine and confident wines that we have had the privilege of pouring.
This is truly a one of a kind event with wines, that you may never see anywhere else unless you travel to Argentina and visit them at their small winery. Tickets are limited, and are anticipated to go quickly.
