Golden Hour is our July Farm Dinner—an invitation to slow down and savor the height of our favorite season at Elawa Farm.
Guests are welcomed at 6:00 pm with a seasonal beverage inspired by that morning’s harvest from Chef Lee’s herb garden. From there, we invite you to wander the farm—exploring our vegetable beds, flower fields, and sensory gardens—before gathering for dinner.
At 6:30 pm, family-style dining begins in the heart of the Courtyard (weather permitting). Executive Chef Lee Kuebler will introduce the evening’s menu, highlighting peak-season ingredients harvested just steps from the table. The experience is relaxed, generous, and designed for connection—shared plates, thoughtful pacing, and the easy rhythm of a summer night.
First Course: Grilled Sourdough with Whipped Goat Cheese, Local Honey, Lavender, Edible Flower Salad
Second Course: Chilled Cucumber and Melon Soup
Third Course: Grilled Zucchini with Labneh, Pine Nuts & Summer Herbs
Fourth Course: Honey-Garlic Glazed Grilled Chicken served over Ratatouille with Saffron-Herb Cahokia Rice
Fifth Course: Apricot Puff Pastry Tart

As always, proceeds from our Farm Dinner Series directly support Elawa Farm Foundation’s mission to grow food, foster education, and strengthen our local community.
We look forward to welcoming you to the table!
