The menu begins with a delicate butter lettuce salad tossed with crisp radishes, fines herbes, and a light Champagne vinaigrette. For the main course, enjoy tender chicken paillard served with sweet spring peas and a silky lemon beurre blanc, accompanied by golden, layered pommes Anna. To finish, indulge in a stunning strawberry mille-feuille—an elegant dessert that captures the essence of the season.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail to enjoy.
