The main course features a perfectly grilled New York strip steak served with tender asparagus, finished with rich Hollandaise and shaved parmesan, alongside homemade pommes frites. To end on a decadent note, enjoy a creamy Basque cheesecake paired with fresh berries and whipped cream.
