Escape to the lakeside with Chef Mickey in this relaxed, seasonal demonstration inspired by the flavors of a North Country shore dinner. This thoughtfully composed menu highlights fresh, simple ingredients and time-honored techniques, perfect for warm-weather entertaining.
We’ll begin with a refreshing chilled cucumber soup finished with dill and crème fraîche. The main course features pan-roasted walleye paired with a smoky grilled new potato salad, followed by a bright summer greens salad with fresh herbs and lemon. To close the evening, enjoy a classic cherry clafoutis — rustic, elegant, and perfectly suited for the season.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail to enjoy.
