Celebrate the flavors of the city with Chef Mickey in this summer-inspired take on beloved local favorites. Chicago Classics (Summer Edition) brings a fresh, seasonal perspective to iconic dishes, combining tradition with bright, warm-weather ingredients in a lively demonstration class.
We’ll begin with classic Shrimp DeJonghe, rich with garlic, butter, and herbs. The main course features Chicken Vesuvio served with roasted peas and potatoes, capturing the bold, comforting flavors Chicago is known for. A sweet corn chopped salad adds a crisp, summery contrast, and to finish, enjoy an Eli’s-style cheesecake topped with vibrant berry compote.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail to enjoy.
