July Provencal celebrates rustic elegance and seasonal ingredients, with a menu that highlights the region’s signature herbs, produce, and simple yet refined techniques.
We’ll begin with a savory tomato tart layered with creamy goat cheese and fresh herbs. The menu continues with a classic ratatouille Provençal, showcasing peak-season vegetables simmered to perfection. For the main course, enjoy herb-grilled steak finished with a rich garlic jus. To end on a fragrant and delicate note, indulge in lavender honey panna cotta served with fresh berries.
