Celebrate the sun-drenched flavors of the Mediterranean with Chef Mickey in this vibrant summer demonstration class focused on fresh, coastal-inspired cooking. Mediterranean Summer Supper highlights bright herbs, grilled vegetables, and simple, elegant preparations that are perfect for warm-weather dining.
We’ll begin with a grilled zucchini and halloumi salad accented with fresh mint, lemon, and toasted almonds. The main course features grilled salmon served with a tomato-olive vinaigrette and herbed couscous, accompanied by tender grilled green beans. To finish, enjoy a light lemon olive oil cake with blueberries and whipped mascarpone.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail to enjoy.
