Join Marisa Lind of Marbear Yoga for a fun, interactive Mommy & Me Yoga class designed for children ages 3–7 and their accompanying adult.
This playful session blends yoga, movement, games, mindfulness, and a creative craft to help little yogis build confidence, coordination, and connection. Families will move, learn, and create together in a welcoming environment.
Please bring a yoga mat for both adult and child.
