Ring in the peak of summer with a refreshing vegetarian feast, featuring late-summer vegetables bursting with complex flavor.
With Chef Mickey at the helm, guests will enjoy a grilled Elawa Farm peach and burrata salad and a charred sweet corn and cherry tomato risotto to start. The main course will be a crispy eggplant Milanese, complemented by arugula and shaved parmesan. The evening will come to a close with a blackberry and blueberry galette, featuring local honey.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
