Chef Mickey will dazzle guests with a cookout-ready menu featuring a chilled heirloom tomato gazpacho with cucumber relish, followed by an ancho-chili-rubbed grilled skirt steak and a charred summer squash orzo salad with feta and dill. Wrap up the night with a grilled peach shortcake and whipped mascarpone.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
