Chef Mickey and guests will explore how to create a heart-healthy AND delicious meal during this curated demo cooking class.
Guests will sample bright, lean flavors with a citrus-marinated black bean avocado salad, followed by pan-seared halibut featuring mango Serrano salsa, finishing with roasted garlic and herb spaghetti squash with blistered cherry tomatoes. This heart-healthy meal will close out with decadent dark chocolate dipped strawberries with sea salt pistachios.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
